WILLIAM D. GALANIS, M.S., D.C. The practice of Dr. William D. Galanis, BACK TALK CHIROPRACTIC & REHAB, is located at 4 Pershing Street, Manchester, New Hampshire. This 3,250 square-foot facility includes Massage and Physical Therapy/Rehab as well as Chiropractic Care. Born in Manchester, New Hampshire, Dr. Galanis graduated from Manchester Central High School and continued his undergraduate studies at MONMOUTH UNIVERSITY, in West Long Branch, New Jersey. Dr. Galanis completed his education and performed his clinicals at LIFE CHIROPRACTIC COLLEGE, in Marietta, Georgia, where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree and Masters Degree in Sports Health Science, specializing in Sports Injuries. He also attended the NATIONAL CHIROPRACTIC COLLEGE, where he received a Post Graduate Degree in Physiological Therapeutics. Dr. Galanis is a member of the Life Chiropractic Alumni Association, Georgia Council of Chiropractors and International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Dedicated to the treatment of Auto, Personal and Work Injuries, Dr. Galanis is a member of the Medical/Legal Consultants Association. He is certified to perform Permanent Impairment Ratings. He follows the A.M.A. Guidelines and, more importantly, the Severity of Soft Tissue Damage Scoring System, which is designed for low impact vehicular collisions. Dr. Galanis has been certified in, by TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY, in Collision Reconstruction as it relates to Auto Accident Reconstruction and Collision Analysis.
